On January 22nd, 2020, Millennial Millionaire Enterprises was born. Originally planning to only be a shirt business with the launch date being on February, 20th, 2020. The CEO and CFO of MME decided they wanted to be more, offer more. They began to expand, MME offered a full branded apparel line before its planned launch date. 


March of 2020, MME launched a Brand Ambassador Program with intent to spread confidence on the social media platforms and teach individuals how to monetize on social media. 


April of 2020, MME launched their summer apparel line. 


June of 2020, MME partnered with Destination Designers to promote the cleaner ocean movement. 


July of 2020, MME sponsored their first major Film Festival, Illume Film Fest.


August of 2020, MME launched Instant Millionaires Club, which is a social club for anyone not just Millennials to join which would later be renamed with their launch for October of 2021.

September of 2020, MME sponsored their second major Film Festival, Ferrara Film Fest. (Italy)

October of 2020, MME released their first published book. Millennial To Millionaire, "The Odds Were Never In My Favor," by Rachel Greer. Rachel has pledged to donate 50% of the profits to NGZ Left Behind Foundation, she also serves as a member on the board for NGZ. 

October of 2020, MME announced their "Scholar Contest," the contest requires 30 books sold minimum for scholars to be considered for $5,000.00 scholarship. Scholars had to be currently enrolled or graduated in the last 24 months. 

November of 2020, MME launched their, "THE GIFT INSIDE," Holiday Giveaway. Inside of the new book, Millennial To Millionaire. Customers were able to locate potential gift. Colored ticket tags were placed in random copies of the book, the GOLDEN TICKET WINNNER would go onto WIN $1,000 CASH PRIZE. 

December of 2020, MME revealed their new nonprofit's (NGZ)

January of 2021, Millennial To Millionaire's Billboard Tour continued throughout Green Bay, Wisconsin. 

February of 2021, Millennial To Millionaire's Billboard Tour continued throughout Detroit, Michigan. 

May of 2021, MME sponsored new food series based show, "Challenge Accepted." Season One  filmed in Las Vegas, Nevada presented by Food Lingo. 

June of 2021, MME became the official management for The Rachel Pips Group

July of 2021, MME sponsored the illume Short Film Festival becoming their major sponsor.

July of 2021, MME released "Currency Index," FREE download on behalf of Rachel Pips to ensure new traders would have a familiarity with Currencies! 

October of 2021  - MME launched their new Foreign Exchange Collection apparel line along with Rachel Pip's new Forex Notes Simplified Guide which included a trading plan worksheet and forex ready packet. The forex ready packet included a quiz where customers could submit their answers and win cool prizes. In addition Rachel Pips offered services to help boost the confidence of prospective forex beginners and current traders. 


November of 2021 - The company changed its name to “The Overnight Millionaires” (LLC), this was in efforts to welcome anyone to the overnight millionaire movement, not just generation specifics. The new company name was the welcome party to anyone that aspires to become a millionaire.
